Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, failure to do so will result in a non refundable fee equal to the total grooming price prior to booking your next appointment.
IF THE CUSTOMER CALLS ON THE SAME DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT TO CANCEL THE CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF $125 FOR THE CANCELLATION OF THAT APPOINTMENT.
My Buddy Mobile Pet Salon strives to provide you with the professional service and respect that you and your pet deserve. These policies were created to demonstrate the pride I take in my work, and ensure a professional experience between customers and their groomer.
My Buddy Mobile Pet Salon is designed for maintaining the grooming and coat condition of your pet. We require our clients to be on a re-occurring rotation schedule of a 1 week, 2 week or a 4 week schedule depending on your pets coat condition and needs to better serve you. Due to our tight schedule we are no longer grooming pets over 4 weeks between grooms.
Appointments & Appointment Windows:
My Buddy Mobile Pet Salon is a mobile business and can not guarantee I will be able to arrival at the the time your appointment is scheduled. Customers should keep in mind that my appointments are setup as an arrival time and allow a time frame of 2 -3hours. While I make every effort to be at your residence at the scheduled time or as close to the estimated time, it is not guaranteed. As an example of my scheduling, If schedule an time arrival of 9 am and given the allowable window time I will arrive between 9am and 11am. Due to being a traveling business, Some situations may cause delays to include but are not limited to bad weather, traffic or construction delays, being stopped by trains, prior appointments taking longer than normal , mechanical issues with vehicle or trailer. For this reason we also offer latch key service.
Unconfirmed/Late Cancellation or same day cancellations:
If you have a scheduled appointment and you the customer does not confirm that appointment within 12 hours of your notification of your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and the appointment will be offered to another customer.
My Buddy Mobile Pet Salon cancellation policy states that the customer is to provide My Buddy Mobile Per Salon with a 48 hour notice of cancellations. IF THE CUSTOMER CALLS ON THE SAME DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT TO CANCEL THE CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF $125 FOR THE CANCELLATION OF THAT APPOINTMENT.
If My Buddy Mobile Pet Salon has to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to a mechanical or an electrical issue with vehicle or equipment or any disruption out of my control, I will reschedule you to the next available business day.
Aggressive Animals:
You the customer Understands if your pet has any aggressive demeanor or personality it is the customers responsibility to let the groomer be aware of this PRIOR to services and prior to the day of grooming. This is for the safety of the groomer and the pet. If grooming services are unable to be performed due to aggression a minimum of $75.00 arrival fee is due at the time of check out and additional fees may be added where applicable.
Pet Release:
Occasionally grooming can expose hidden medical problems or aggravate a current problem. This can occur during or after grooming. In the best interest of your pet, My Buddy Mobile Pet Salon requests permission to obtain immediate veterinary treatment at your expense, should it become necessary. All attempts will be made to contact you in case of an emergency. My Buddy Mobile Pet Salon is not liable or responsible for any medical issues that occur during or after grooming, such as skin issues, ear infections,seizures, soars etc....
Matted Coat Release/Coat Condition:
You the customer understands that My Buddy Mobile Pet Salon puts the comfort of your dog above everything else. In the event that your dog or cats coat is matted the customer understands the groomer may have to shave the mats instead of performing a de-matting procedure. The customer should also understand that, if your dog is severely matted, there is a greater risk of cuts or clipper burn. The customer should understand that all attempts will be made to prevent this, however, in extreme conditions it may be unavoidable and My Buddy Mobile Pet Salon is not liable or responsible if something would occur. The customer also understands that matted dogs and cats require more time for grooming, and an additional fee will be added on top of the regular grooming fee. Depending on the condition of the coat additional charges can be added for filth, mud, feces, urine, grease, long overdue coat and females pets in season.
Health:
The customer understands that grooming can be stressful for some pets and the customer agrees to inform the groomer if your dog has any heart conditions, stress-related problems or any other health issues prior to grooming. Any grooming on pets with health problems, will be at the owner’s risk. Additional charges may apply for extra handling of elderly dogs, dogs with special needs and dogs that are difficult to groom.
Fleas:
if your pet is found to have fleas a fee of $35 will be added to the total price of the grooming for treating them and sanitizing the grooming trailer. Please ensure your pet is treated prior to your appointment as this will cause-down time and a disruption in my schedule for sanitizing the trailer in between other customer and possibility of cancellations from other customers.
Payment:
Payment is DUE at the completion of your grooming service,the customer understands the original quoted price is an estimated price and is subject to change if conditions of the pet require the added cost.
Photos:
We ask that the customer allow My Buddy Mobile Pet Salon to take photos of your dog or cat to be taken before the grooming and on some occasions during the grooming. We also like to take photos after their grooming to display MyBuddy’s grooming work and may also be used for educational, marketing or promotional advertising or for liability purposes.
By agreeing to this contract/policy the customer agree’s to release My Buddy Mobile Pet Salon from any condition of your pet, either known or unknown to My Buddy Mobile Pet Salon. It is also further understood and agreed that the terms of this contract/policy can change at any time, without notice and will override any and all prior signed contracts or releases. This clause applies to any and all pets groomed by My Buddy Mobile Per Salon.
Your Pet is Important to me, Because I care and I want to assure you that every effort will be taken to make your pets visit as pleasant as possible.
